What is interim management?

Interim management provides mid-level or senior-level executives to companies over the short or medium term. The role is usually demanding and Jefferson Salt Interim Management candidates will always have a strong track record in delivery and change within their field. They have typically reached a career ceiling but have the drive and tenacity to rise further. In particular, they don't want to keep working within the "corporate cuddle", preferring to move on to fresh challenges and higher levels of creativity.

We select our candidates carefully. They have corporate careers that embrace a multitude of programmes and projects, possibly in line management but always focused on change. Of course as with all programmes and projects, our interim managers are only as good as their last assignment and part of our role is to make sure that quality is maintained.
