Jefferson Salt Interim Management actively seeks people with a solid track record in rapidly changing and transitional environments. Successful candidates are motivated and driven by success. They have to be single minded about the delivery of critical programmes and projects.

There are many similarities between a first class individual working in a permanent role and an interim manager but there are often differences in emphasis. In particular, we look for people who have all of the following:

Of course we're interested in talking to existing interim managers but we're also open to approaches from the right individuals in employment. We operate across all market sectors, including technology, telecoms, financial services, media, FMCG, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

Our focus is upon functional heads and second tiers of management, from C-level through to nominated heads and managers. Our Interim Managers operate across all functions from HR, Finance, and Technology through to Sales and Marketing, Operation and General Management.
