The Jefferson Salt Interim Management selection process is designed to achieve rapid delivery of results while ensuring the best candidate is appointed.
- Candidates apply through the Jefferson Salt Interim Management website
- All candidates are first reviewed by us and then emailed personally to request a CV
- Appropriate candidates are accepted into the talent pool
- Candidates are contacted for assignment availability
- Interviews take place at Jefferson Salt Interim Management
- A shortlist of two to three individuals is presented to the client
- A client interview takes place with both the candidate and Jefferson Salt Interim Management consultant
- The client appoints the interim manager to deliver the assignment
- Contracts are organised
- Candidate starts
- Ongoing review and contact with both client and interim manager.
