  • All candidates are first reviewed by us and then emailed personally to request a CV
  • Appropriate candidates are accepted into the talent pool
  • Candidates are contacted for assignment availability
  • Interviews take place at Jefferson Salt Interim Management
  • A shortlist of two to three individuals is presented to the client
  • A client interview takes place with both the candidate and Jefferson Salt Interim Management consultant
  • The client appoints the interim manager to deliver the assignment
  • Contracts are organised
  • Candidate starts
  • Ongoing review and contact with both client and interim manager.
